Verified Response is a full-service security company providing uniformed security officers, vehicle patrol, alarm response, and personal protection officers. We also deliver security vulnerability assessments for both physical and cyber assets, private investigations, and a wide range of other security solutions tailored to each client.

Our staff includes former civilian law enforcement officers alongside private and commercial security professionals. That blend of public-sector discipline and private-sector flexibility lets us protect clients across commercial, retail, residential, construction, and event environments throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex & Austin.

We are licensed with the Texas Department of Public Safety, Regulatory Licensing Division, under License #C19769.

Krystal Kenney

Owner / Chief

As owner of Verified Response Security & Investigations, Krystal Kenney sets the company's direction, standards, and culture. She leads with a simple conviction — that clients deserve security they can verify and a team that treats their safety as seriously as their own. Under her direction, Verified Response holds every officer and every account to a standard of professionalism and accountability that clients across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex & Austin have come to rely on.

Krystal brings 15 years of property management expertise, including 8 in operations management, and almost two decades of experience in the security industry. She is responsible for the direction and oversight of the company in all aspects relating to the business.

Christian Reed

Director of Operations / Captain

As Director of Operations, Christian Reed oversees the day-to-day execution that keeps every client account running smoothly — officer staffing and scheduling, training and quality standards, and direct client communication. He is the link between the field and the front office, making sure every post is covered by vetted, well-prepared professionals and that whenever something comes up, it is handled quickly and correctly.

Mr. Reed joined our team in 2018 and has been in the industry for 13 years. He joined the U.S. Army in 2014 and is a Combat Veteran, having served alongside multiple tiers of the Special Operations Command. His training and experience range from Strategic Operations Planning to Training & Development. His ability to build and foster trusted relationships within Law Enforcement Specialized Units has set Verified Response levels above other companies within the State of Texas. His private investigations skills and knowledge of gangs and narcotics have led the company in violent crime arrests.
